Milestone Partners has announced that specialty insurance holding company, Insure Homes, received regulatory approval from the domestic regulator to complete its investment in StrucSure Home Warranty, LLC and its affiliated reinsurance and insurance service entities, Four Points Re SPC, LTD, Golden Insurance Company and SHW Insurance Services, Inc. (collectively “StrucSure”).
StrucSure, founded in 1997 and based in Denver, CO, offers insurance-backed new home structural warranties that provide the homeowner multiple years of coverage for structural failures while transferring the home builder’s legal obligation to repair structural issues. StrucSure is a leading provider of warranties in the fast-growing Texas market, while continuing to expand its presence nationally serving the nation’s mid-market builders.
Insure Homes Holdings, LLC is a specialty insurance holding company that has served homeowners throughout the Southeast and Gulf Coast since 1998. Insure Homes is vertically integrated, holding investments in Cypress Group Holdings, Inc.
