Prime Capital Investment Advisors (PCIA), has announced its acquisition of Pasadena-based registered investment advisor (RIA) Stonnington Group. The acquisition expands PCIA’s presence in Southern California and adds $575 million in assets under management. Stonnington Group brings decades of experience servicing high-net-worth individuals and families to PCIA, led by Nick Stonnington, President and Advisor. Nick is joined by 4 additional employees, including one additional advisor, that will continue to serve their 275 clients in partnership with PCIA.

The acquisition closed on January 3, 2023. Park Sutton Advisors, A Waller Helms Company, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Stonnington Group on the transaction.
