Park Sutton advises Day & Ennis, LLC, a leading, fee-only RIA in the Middle Georgia Region

Park Sutton Advisors, A Waller Helms Company (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have represented Day & Ennis, LLC (“D&E”) on its sale to Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”), a national Registered Investment Adviser (“RIA”) headquartered in Denver, Colorado with over $47 billion in assets under management (“AUM”). Founded in 1998 by John R. Day, CPA, PFS, and later joined by Partners William W. Ennis, CPA, PFS and Matthew E. Heller, CFP®, MBA, D&E is a fee-only, independent RIA headquartered in Macon, Georgia. D&E has an exceptionally strong cadre of professionals serving approximately 250 clients with AUM of approximately $400 million.
