Park Sutton advises Financial Solutions, a leading Wisconsin RIA

Park Sutton Advisors, A Waller Helms Company (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have represented Financial Solutions, LLC (“FS”) on its sale to Pensionmark Financial Group, LLC (“Pensionmark”), a leading RIA with $76 billion of supported assets and owned by World Insurance Associates, LLC (“World”). FS is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and has approximately $1.1 billion in assets under management / administration.
