Park Sutton advises Foundational Wealth Advisory on its sale to Wealth Enhancement Group

New York, NY, December 28, 2023 – Park Sutton Advisors, A Waller Helms Company (“Park Sutton”) is pleased to have represented Foundational Wealth Advisory (“FWA”) on its sale to Wealth Enhancement Group (“WEG”), an RIA headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota with over $72 billion in AUM. Founded in 2017, FWA is headquartered in Macon, Georgia and led by Eric Wilson, whose prior experiences include Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
