Pritzker Private Capital Completes Investment in Lawley

Pritzker Private Capital (“PPC”), a leader in family direct investing, today announced it has completed an investment in Lawley, an independent insurance broker and employee benefits firm. PPC’s investment will support Lawley in expanding into new markets and scaling its service offering for customers. Lawley’s current owners and management team, including Principals Bill Lawley, Jr., Chris Ross, and Michael Lawley, and other Lawley partners, will remain the majority owners and continue to lead the business.
