Park Sutton Advises Maryland Capital Management on its partnership with Cerity Partners

New York, NY, January 6, 2023 – Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company (“PSA”), is pleased to have represented Maryland Capital Management, LLC (“MCM”) on its acquisition by Cerity Partners LLC (“Cerity Partners”), a leading registered investment adviser (“RIA”) headquartered in New York, NY, with over $65 billion in assets under management and advisement (“AUM/A”). Headquartered in Baltimore, MD, with a second office in Bonita Springs, FL, MCM is a wealth management, financial planning, and investment management firm with approximately $2.1 billion in assets spanning 42 states.

The transaction was co-led by Steven Levitt and Dan Erichson, CFA of Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company.
