Reby Advisors, LLC Has Been Acquired By Wealth Enhancement Group

New York, NY, January 19, 2021 –  Park Sutton Advisors, LLC (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have represented Reby Advisors, LLC (“Reby”) on its announced acquisition by Wealth Enhancement Group (“WEG”), a leading privately-owned registered investment adviser (“RIA”) with over $27 billion in assets under management and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded in 1989, Reby is an RIA with $727 million in client assets, based in Danbury, Connecticut, that focuses on financial planning and working with small business owners, pre-retirees, and retirees. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
