EPIC Announces Acquisition of TDC Life, Expanding Life and Executive Benefits Platform

San Francisco, CA – EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants (“EPIC”), a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has acquired TDC Life (“TDC”), an Ohio-based life insurance and estate planning firm. This strategic partnership will bring TDC under the Vanbridge Life & Executive Benefits (“Vanbridge”) umbrella and significantly enhance EPIC’s market presence in the life insurance industry.
